My Experience with Yalmeh Phytoceramides:
I took Yalmeh Phytoceramides for one week. A short time, yes, but with definite results!I am still in my twenties so I haven't developed fine lines so I couldn't test the supplement on that level. However, I have very irritatingly combination skin. The top half of my face is always very dry, to the point that cover up just shows the dryness even more. It is kind of hard to use one type of facial products on one half of my face and another on the other half. I have been at my wits end about this issue for years... until now!
