managment, an MA in education, and a BA in political science. He has over 29
years of experience in the education system; he has worked in many roles in the
education syatem, including youth counselor, rehibilitating young offenders,

in Continuing Education Courses for teachers, lecturer in Educational Managment
Courses providing Guidence to New School Principles, and running parenting
seminars for groups and individuals. Also, his wife is a preschool teacher. He
also has 7 children of his own.
In the book Dr. Abudram tells how important it is to treat each child
differentely since each has different needs and styles of learning. This is a
very important point. The book also gives insights about listening, boundries,
rebellion, maipulation, promises, consistency, honesty, emotions, crisises and
