Ok, WOW!!!! If I had to sum this entire review into one word, this would be it!! I can't get over these things!
So before ordering this product I read down through the list of things it can help you with and was amazed! They were weight loss, insomnia, stress, energy, quitting smoking, eating disorders and anxiety! I need help in almost all of these areas!
I have two children and gained a lot of weight while I was pregnant with them! After giving birth both times, I dropped about 30lbs and then got stuck in my weight loss journey. I always end up gaining it all back a few months after I lose it! I am not at a healthy weight and I feel terrible about myself! I am never able to stick to a diet or an exercise routine. These ear seeds actually helped me get out of the rut I've been stuck in for the past year! I have lost 5lbs in the week and a half I have been using them!
I also suffer from insomnia! As a mom I need all the sleep I can get, but I am never able to fall asleep no matter how tired I am! When I do fall asleep I always end up waking up every few hours and have to make myself fall asleep all over again! These seeds made it easy to fall asleep and stay asleep!
